We have held the Facility Maintenance Services contract for the Darwin Waterfront Precinct since 2009 and are proud of our efforts to keep this fantastic Darwin icon in pristine condition for everyone to enjoy.

Our scope of works cover maintenance of the complete facility, including:

• All public spaces

• Carparks

• Gardens and grassed areas

• Buildings

• Electrical services and pumps

• Cleaning

• Plumbing

• Roads and drains
